I started decorating cakes in 2003 with an interest in my High school culinary class (GO PIRATES!). After realizing I enjoy decorating, I pursued basic Wilton Classes, worked along side with bakeries and decorators to build my knowledge of sweets. With my passion of baking I am now making a go of things on my own, making this a labor of love, ​
